There are many complex issues related to the proposed developments, which if fully implemented, will result in over 30 new buildings in Foster City, most of which are high rise towers. The city government’s planning policies and community development direction have lopsidedly focused on creating additional large buildings to generate potential revenue, but have incomplete plans to address the ensuing environmental problems and need for more infrastructure, facilities, and services.
The myriad of issues which are discussed in the detail in this website section are categorized as follows:
A. Mirabella Issues
